Smart collections that update on their own

Written by Andrey Gadashevich

⚙️ Improvements

👉 Smart collection changes reach your bundles on their own

When a product joins or leaves a smart collection used in a bundle, for example after you change its tags or price, the bundle picks up the change within a few minutes. You no longer need to click Sync collections.

What to know:

  • This works for collections used in published bundles.

  • Only active products are added to the bundle. Draft and archived products are left out.

  • Changes made by other apps or by a bulk edit are picked up too.

  • Sync collections is still there if you want to refresh right away.

👉 Bundle priority also decides which discount applies first in the cart

When bundles share products, the bundle with the higher Bundle priority is now applied first in the cart, not just shown first on the product page. The help text on the field says so too.

👉 Overview numbers are up to date

The Bundles revenue and Bundles AOV tiles on the dashboard now include yesterday's and today's sales right away, and match the Analytics page. Before, yesterday could be missing until the overnight update.

👉 Easier navigation from AOV boosters

Pages you open from AOV boosters now have a back arrow that takes you back to AOV boosters.

👉 Custom JS is now read-only

On Widget customization, the Custom JS field still shows your code, but you can't edit it there anymore. To change your custom JavaScript, contact our support team.

What to know:

  • Your existing custom JS keeps working on your storefront.

  • Custom CSS is not affected. You can still edit it on Widget customization.

👉 Widget texts show exactly as you type them

Text in widget text fields, product titles and volume discount tier texts now shows on your storefront as plain text. If a field contains HTML tags, you see the tags as text instead of formatting.

What to know:

  • Product descriptions keep their formatting.

  • Custom SVG icons still work.
