đ The app embed now switches bundle discounts on and off
The MBC Bundles app embed in your theme is now the single on/off switch for the app. With it switched off in your published theme, your bundle discounts stop applying. Switch it back on and they apply again.
What to know:
This covers every sales channel, including Shopify POS. Shopify applies an automatic app discount to all channels, so there is no way to leave it on for some and off for others.
It also applies to stores that have never switched the embed on since installing. Their bundle discounts stay off until the embed is on.
If you want to hide the widget but keep the discounts, leave the embed on and remove the app blocks from your pages instead.
This matters most for Shopify-type bundles that are priced entirely by the discount and have no widget on the storefront. They need the embed on to be priced correctly.
Check the state any time on the dashboard: the App status tile shows Active or Inactive.

đ A clearer Activate app flow
The Activate app in your theme window now walks you through three steps: click Activate app to open your theme editor in a new tab, make sure the MBC Bundles toggle is enabled, and click Save. The same steps open from the banner "The app is not activated in your theme" and from the setup guide.
đ Create bundles from Shopify's discount page
When you create a discount in your Shopify admin and choose MBC Bundles, you now land on the bundle creation page.
