đ Sidekick integration: ask questions about your bundles
Shopify's Sidekick assistant can now look things up in MBC Bundles when you ask. It reads your data and answers in the chat; it doesn't change or delete anything.
What Sidekick can do:
Find bundles. Search by bundle title, bundle ID, component product or Mix & Match collection name, optionally filtered by status. Each result shows its status, type, discount, number of products, revenue and purchases.
Describe one bundle. Structure, product groups, pricing and discount, start and end dates, and where the widget is placed.
Rank your top bundles by purchases or revenue for a date range. The default is the last 30 days, and a range can be up to 365 days.
Summarize bundle sales. Bundles revenue, number of bundle sales, bundles AOV, and the AOV of items outside bundles.
Explain why a bundle isn't showing. Sidekick runs the same visibility checks as the app and says what to fix, grouped as setup, schedule, product or theme.
Answer "can the app do this?" For example whether a bundle type works in Shopify POS or with a given discount type.
Report your setup. Whether the app embed is on, whether the discount is active, your plan, and how many bundles are Active, Deactivated, Scheduled and Expired.
What to know:
Statuses use the same four values as the dashboard: Active, Deactivated, Scheduled and Expired.
The app embed status comes from the app's last theme check, so it can lag behind a theme change until you next open the app.
Sidekick is a Shopify feature, so what it offers depends on your Shopify admin.
