Every product used in a bundle has to be Active in Shopify and published to the Online Store sales channel. If even one isn't, the bundle is dropped from the storefront entirely, so no placement shows it. The bundle's product rows in the app flag this with the warning This product is not included in the sales channel "Online store". Publish the products in Shopify and the widget comes back.
That's one cause among many, and it isn't the likeliest one. The most common reason a widget doesn't appear is that the MBC Bundles App embed is switched off in the theme you're viewing — with it off the app never loads, and nothing renders however correct the rest of your setup is. The embed is set per theme, so a duplicated or draft theme needs its own.
Beyond those two, a widget can be missing because the bundle is Draft, Scheduled or Expired, because of a store-wide or per-bundle placement setting, because your theme's add-to-cart form wasn't found, or because of an out-of-stock rule, a Markets or B2B exclusion, a plan limit, or a mis-set app block.
Work the full ordered checklist in Why isn't my bundle widget showing? — it covers all of them, in the order worth checking them.
