RecurrinGO is the subscription app we recommend for bundles, and the one the app promotes beside the subscription checkbox. MBC Bundles works with it the same way it works with the others: it has no subscription engine of its own and passes a selling plan from RecurrinGO through to the cart.
Everything about the plan itself — automatic charges or recurring invoices, pay-per-delivery or prepaid, subscriber discounts, the customer portal — is set up in RecurrinGO. RecurrinGO works with Shopify Checkout for one-time and subscription purchases in the same cart.

Setting it up
Installing RecurrinGO is not enough on its own. Three things have to be true, and missing any one of them means no subscription option on the storefront.
1. Put a selling plan on the products
Install RecurrinGO, create your plan there, and attach it to each product you want in the bundle. Do this before you build the bundle.
2. Tick the checkbox on the bundle
Open the bundle, go to the Advanced tab, and tick Enable integration with subscription apps in the Advanced settings card.
It is in Advanced settings, not in Individual widget settings.
The checkbox appears on widget-only and Physical bundles of every structure. It is removed on Shopify-type bundles — if you cannot find it, check the bundle's type first. It is also greyed out on the non-primary variant of a running A/B test.
3. Turn on Subscription discounts
Go to Settings → App settings → Combinations discounts and turn on Subscription discounts, so your bundle discount is allowed to combine with Shopify's subscription discounts. See "General settings."
While this toggle is on it shows the warning "It is not permitted to use the shop without subscribing". That is informational only.
The RecurrinGO banner beside the checkbox
The RecurrinGO banner shown alongside Enable integration with subscription apps is a promotion, not a step in the setup. You can dismiss it.
Why a subscription option sometimes never appears
A selling plan attaches to a cart line, so the bundle's items have to reach the cart as separate lines for a subscription selector to be shown at all.
A Physical bundle set to check out as one combined item shows no selector even with the checkbox ticked and the plan in place, because there is only one line in the cart for the whole bundle. If that is your setup, use a bundle whose items arrive in the cart separately.
