MBC Bundles integrates with the Recharge Subscriptions app, allowing customers to purchase bundled products on a recurring basis. This feature is perfect for merchants who want to offer subscription-based product bundles and generate consistent revenue.
Important note: The subscription feature is only available for "Combo As One Product" bundles in MBC Bundles.
How to set up a subscription bundle
Follow these steps to enable subscriptions for your product bundle:
Step 1: Install and configure Recharge Subscriptions
Go to the Shopify App Store and install the Recharge Subscriptions app.
Follow the setup instructions provided by Recharge to configure your store for subscriptions.
Step 2: Configure your bundle in Shopify
Open your Shopify Admin Panel and navigate to Products.
Select the bundle product you want to enable subscriptions for.
Scroll down to the Subscription options section.
Step 3: Set up subscription terms
Configure the subscription settings according to your business needs, such as:
Subscription frequency (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.).
Discount incentives for subscribers.
Subscription commitment options (e.g., prepaid plans, flexible billing).
Save your changes.
Customer experience preview
Once set up, customers will see the subscription option when purchasing the bundle. They can select their preferred frequency and proceed to checkout with a seamless subscription experience.
