Controlling who sees your bundle: publishing, markets and B2B customers

Turning your bundle on and off, limiting it to specific markets, and hiding it from B2B customers.

Turning your bundle on and off

Where: Bundle form → page header → the toggle beside the title.

This toggle is always present, in both create and edit mode. Switch it on to publish the bundle, and off to keep everything you've configured while stopping the bundle from being served to anyone.

When a bundle is off, shoppers see none of it: it's absent from every widget, every manually placed snippet, every Featured bundle block, and the automatic discount — and its own product page (if it has one) sits as a Shopify draft.

This toggle is greyed out on the non-primary variant of a running A/B test. If the bundle is beyond your current plan's limits, clicking the toggle opens an upgrade modal instead of saving.

Limiting a bundle to specific markets

Where: Bundle form → Advanced tab → Markets.

This card only appears once your store has more than one Shopify market — with one market or none, the whole card is absent.

  • All markets (the default for a new bundle) offers this bundle to every shopper regardless of their country.

  • Specific markets reveals an autocomplete where you pick one or more markets. This limits the bundle to shoppers browsing from the countries those markets cover. You must choose at least one — saving without one is blocked with "Select at least one market".

Shoppers outside the markets you've chosen get neither the widget nor the bundle's automatic discount.

Both the radio choice and the market autocomplete are greyed out on the non-primary variant of a running A/B test.

Can I limit a bundle to a customer segment, tag or VIP tier?

No. There is no customer-tag, customer-segment, VIP or logged-in-only targeting. The two audience controls that exist are the ones on this page: Markets, which limits a bundle to chosen countries or markets, and Exclude B2B customers. A "members only" or "VIP only" bundle cannot be built with these controls alone.

The Markets card isn't there, but I do have several markets

The card appears only when the app's own live request to Shopify for your market list comes back with more than one market. That request can come back empty without any visible error — most often because your store installed the app before it began asking for market-read permission, and the updated permissions were never re-approved.

So a missing Markets card does not always mean "you only have one market". If you know you have several, re-open the app from your Shopify admin and approve the permission request; if no request appears, contact support and mention that the Markets card is missing despite several configured markets.

Hiding a bundle from B2B customers

Where: Bundle form → Advanced tab → Advanced settings (this is a separate card from Markets).

Exclude B2B customers is always available, on every bundle structure. Tick it to hide this bundle from shoppers signed in to a company account, while leaving it visible to everyone else.

For a signed-in B2B customer, the bundle is removed both from what the widget can show them and from the automatic discount computed at checkout.

This checkbox is greyed out on the non-primary variant of a running A/B test.
