Add products
Where: Offer tab → Bundle products card — inside a group on Product groups, or at the top of the list on Separate products.
Add products puts specific products into the bundle. On Separate products, each product you pick becomes its own fixed slot. Inside a Product group, every product you pick becomes an alternative the shopper can choose between in that one slot.
A group that already holds a collection will only accept more collections, and a group that already holds products will only accept more products — you can't mix the two inside one group.
A bundle needs at least one product to save — "Add at least one product." An existing group can't be left empty — "Add at least one product to the group or remove the group."
Products hidden from search and navigation work normally. The app only checks three things about a product before allowing it into a bundle: that it has a publication date on the Online Store channel, that its status isn't Draft, and that it isn't Archived. Whether you've hidden a product from search, collections or navigation in Shopify makes no difference to the app at all. If a product is still on the Online Store channel, you can put it in a bundle and shoppers will be able to buy it through the widget, even if they can't find it any other way on your storefront.
Add collections
Where: Offer tab → Bundle products card, inside an empty product group.
Add collections appears only on a Product groups structure, only inside a group that's still empty, and only while the bundle's type is Widget-only (the "Create a product" checkbox off). It fills that slot with a whole Shopify collection, so the shopper can choose any product inside it. Once the group holds a product, or the bundle creates a Shopify product, the button disappears rather than greying out.
If you're building a Volume discount or Buy-X-Get-Y bundle with Apply to = Collections and no collection added, you'll see "Add at least one collection."
Apply to
Where: Offer tab → Bundle products card, above the resource list.
Apply to only appears on the Volume discount or legacy Buy-X-Get-Y structures. It's where you pick one source for the whole bundle: specific products, whole collections, or your entire store.
This radio is the only place "All store" exists in the app. Separate products and Product groups never show it — their source is derived entirely from what you add to each group, so a Product group is filled either with named products or with one collection, and there's no way to point a group at your whole store on those structures.
With Products or All store selected and nothing added, you'll see "Add at least one product." With Collections selected and none added, you'll see "Add at least one collection."
If you're on a Volume discount bundle with Apply to set to Collections (with at least one collection), or Products (with more than one product), or All store, you'll see a note reading: "Please note, the discount applies only when a customer adds the same product to the cart." That's a reminder that Volume discount counts units of one and the same product — a shopper mixing two different products from that source won't reach a tier.
"Buy anything else in the store, then get these at a special price" can't be built directly. No structure you can create today has a "whole store except these products" source. The nearest workable shape is a Product groups bundle whose qualifying group is filled with a Shopify collection you maintain yourself to hold everything eligible except the discounted items, with both groups required. We can't promise this behaves exactly like a named-product group in every case — set it up and place a real test order before you launch it.
One caution worth keeping in mind: a bundle built from only the discounted products, with every product marked Optional, has no qualifying condition at all — a shopper can buy just the discounted items on their own and still get the discount. If you wanted a gate ("buy this, get that cheaper"), a bundle with only one group doesn't give you one.
Exclude products
Where: Offer tab → Bundle products card, below the resource list.
Exclude products appears on Volume discount and Buy-X-Get-Y bundles, while Apply to is set to Collections or All store. Products on this list are dropped from an otherwise collection-wide or store-wide bundle, and no widget appears on their pages. The list clears automatically if you switch Apply to back to Products.
See most & least selling products
Where: Offer tab → Bundle products card, next to the add buttons.
This opens a recommendation picker listing your best- and worst-selling products so you can add them straight into the bundle.
Reordering, editing and removing rows
Drag handle — On Product groups, at the left edge of a group or a product row. Drag a group to change the order of the slots; drag a product to move it into another group. While you're dragging, any group that can't accept the product dims to 30% opacity.
Delete product — The icon at the right of every product row. Removing the last product from a group empties the group rather than deleting it, so the empty slot stays there until you remove the group itself. Trying to save with an empty group gives "Add at least one product to the group or remove the group."
Edit product — Appears only when the product's first variant isn't named "Default Title." It reopens the variant picker for that row so you can change which variants of that product are included in the bundle.
Show all variants / Hide all variants — Appears only on products with more than one variant. Expands the row to list every variant currently included.
Product swap
Where: Offer tab → Bundle products card, inside a product group.
Product swap lets the shopper replace a slot's product with another one from the same group or collection. It's on by default on a new group holding more than one product or a collection. Turn it off to lock the slot to a single product — shoppers then see a locked product with an inline note in the admin reading "Customers will see a default product (configurable below in advanced settings)." It only appears on Product groups, on a group that holds more than one product or a collection — a single-product group has nothing to swap to.
Mix & Match template
Where: Offer tab → Bundle products card, below the groups.
The Mix & Match template chooses how the shopper swaps a product inside a group: an inline Selector on the title, a Modal list, or the full List shown inline in the widget. It appears on Product groups, while every group holds products or is empty, and at least one group holds more than one product. A collection group always swaps through the storefront's own resource picker instead, regardless of this setting.
Warnings you'll see on a product row
"This product is not included in the sales channel 'Online store'" — Appears when a product has no published date, is a draft, or is archived; the row's border turns warning-coloured too. This is a warning only — it doesn't block saving the bundle — but the storefront will drop the bundle entirely if a selected product isn't published to Online Store. Publish the product in Shopify and the warning clears.
"No available variants" — Appears when a row has an empty variant list, usually because every variant was deselected when the product was added. Reopen the product picker on that row and select at least one variant.
